Project Details: This 528 room hotel is to be located east of the DIA Terminal building. The hotel will include a four story parking structure and 40,000 square feet of meeting space.

Project Details: The city will be constructing a new municipal building adjacent to the existing Justice Center and library. The complex will include two new parking structures, and cultural center to be built on the site at a later date. |
Skyridge Hospital

Project Details: This 165 bed hospital is currently under construction in the northern Douglas County city of Lone Tree. It is the first hospital to be constructed in the Denver area since 1988.

Project Details: This New Urbanist project will create a downtown area in Lakewood on the site of the existing Villa Italia Mall. The mall has been demolished to make way for the first phase containing 1 million square feet of office, retail and residential space. |

Parker Adventist Hospital
This 3 story, 101 bed hospital, with a 5 story entry and lobby area, is to be located at Parker Road and E-470. The building is designed to reflect a mountain lodge. A second phase of the project could include a 7 to 8 story building with an additional 300 beds. Construction is to begin during the summer of 2002. |
Clear Creek Square
This mixed-use project in downtown Golden will consist of a 3 story office building, a 3 level parking structure, a single story retail building, and three 4 story condominium buildings. Construction of the officeand retail buildings, and parking structure is already underway, with work on the condos to start in the spring of 2002.

This 120,000 square foot building is proposed to be the first privately developed office building on the Fitzsimons Campus. The building will be located adjacent to the Childrens Hospital site. |
