Cherry Creek/Glendale/Colorado Blvd.
These three areas of the city are interconnected, but are very different in character. Cherry Creek is Denver's premier mixed-use neighborhood and shopping district. The Cherry Creek Shopping Center and adjacent Cherry Creek North district contain a combined 600 stores and restaurants. The area is also home to more than 10,000 residents. Glendale is an independent city completely surrounded by Denver. The city is home to a number of mid-rise office buildings, and approximately 8,500 residents. Colorado Boulevard is a typical commercial corridor, with a mix of office buildings, entertainment complexes and retail businesses. (Click on the thumbnails for larger pics)

Colorado Center Tower Three
Location: 2000 S. Colorado Blvd.

Completion Date: Undetermined
Project Details: This 387,000 square foot tower will be part of the Colorado Center complex at I-25 and Colorado Blvd. The complex currently includes two office towers (12 and 13 stories), a 9 screen United Artists theater, and a Dave and Buster's restaurant. A light rail station will be built directly south of the site as part of the T-Rex project.
Hanover Cherry Creek Apartment Tower
Location: 4450 Cherry Creek Dr S.
Height: 279 feet

Project Details: This 288 unit apartment tower, located in Glendale, will be the most expensive rental project in the metro area. It will also be the second tallest building in Glendale, following the 325 foot tall Rocky Mountain Tower office building.
Clayton Lane (Sears Redevelopment)
Location: 100 Clayton Street

Project Details: This project in Cherry Creek will include a new 160,000 square foot headquarters for Janus Funds, a 196 room J.W. Marriott hotel, 54 residential units in a 4 story building, a new parking structure, and a large Crate and Barrel store. All of the buildings will have ground floor retail.
The Greenhouse
Location: 300 S. Harrison St.

Completion Date: 2003/2004
Project Details: This project, located in the Colorado Blvd. corridor, will include four buildings of various heights, and a total of 126 units. Construction on the first 6 story building started in 2001.
Inn at Cherry Creek
Location: 237 Clayton St.

Completion Date: 2004
Project Details: This 38 room bed and breakfast style hotel will be the first lodging facility in the Cherry Creek retail/office area.
