Highland Garden Village, Denver
This neo-traditional/new urbanist project located in the northwestern portion of the city on the site of the old Elitch Gardens amusement park. The neighborhood includes a mix of single-family and multi-family residential, as well as live/work units above ground floor retail. The project is currently 80 percent complete. The live-work and retail buildings have yet to be constructed.
